GCA launches Real estate Venture in New Jersey with GoldKat, LLC:

Jacob Katsof Co-owns and is managing partner of GoldKat, LLC an investment company which primarily focuses on purchasing distressed bank-owned properties in the state of New Jersey.

Born in 1985, Jacob grew up in Los Angeles, California and moved with his family to New York in 1996. He attended two years of university in Israel. After moving back to the United States, he opened up a successful import wholesale and retail business on the web which he subsequently sold. Hethen co-founded GoldKat as a vehicle for real estate investment. He became interested in real estate when he had the opportunity at the age of 16 to work for Kushner Companies as an assistant real estate manager for a 300-plus unit apartment complex. Using that experience along with his entrepreneurial background he launched GoldKat, LLC.
